Welcome to SheeVee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website sheevee.com and the purchase of products through it (together, the "Service"), operated from Indore, India. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About Us

SheeVee is owned and operated by Karda Enterprises, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

SheeVee sells fashion jewellery — earrings, rings, bracelets, pendant chains and gift sets — directly to consumers across India. For any questions, contact us at support@sheevee.com.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately; slight variations may occur due to screen settings or handcrafted finishing.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.

4. Orders and Payment

We accept payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available, processed through Razorpay and other supported gateways. An order is confirmed only once payment is authorised (or, for COD orders, once the order is placed). We may cancel orders that fail verification or payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship pan-India. Orders are typically dispatched the same day for orders placed before 4 PM IST, subject to product availability. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page; actual delivery may vary due to courier or logistical delays outside our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions on our Returns & Exchanges page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as store credit, where applicable) once the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are valid only for the period and conditions stated at the time of the offer, are non-transferable, cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Service — including the SheeVee name, logo, product photography, and site design — is owned by or licensed to SheeVee and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorised access, submitting false or fraudulent orders, or interfering with the Service's normal operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SheeVee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
