Delivery across India
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders of ₹299 or more. The applicable charge for smaller orders is shown before payment.
International delivery
We ship from Indore, India to selected countries. The exact charge for your address is shown at checkout before payment.
- United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Singapore and Malaysia: ₹1,500
- United States and Canada: ₹2,500
- United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Switzerland and Poland: ₹2,500
- Australia and New Zealand: ₹2,500
International orders are usually delivered within 7–18 business days after dispatch. If your country is not listed, checkout cannot quote a rate for it yet - write to support@sheevee.com and we will tell you whether we can arrange delivery.
International payment and duties
International orders are prepaid only. Cash on Delivery is available within India and cannot be selected for an address outside India. All orders are charged in Indian Rupees (₹), so your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fee.
Our prices and shipping charges do not include import duty, customs charges, or local sales tax. Where your country charges these, the courier collects them from you before delivery. The amount is set by your country's customs authority, not by us. Parcels that are refused or left unclaimed are returned to us, and any return freight or duty we are billed is deducted from the refund.
Tracking
When your order ships, tracking details are added to your account and shared using your checkout contact details.
Delays
Weather, public holidays, and carrier disruptions can extend delivery times. Contact support@sheevee.com if tracking has not updated for three business days.
